Role DescriptionThe Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing and reviewing detailed cost estimates for various projects. Daily tasks include analyzing project plans and specifications, conducting site visits, estimating materials, labor, and equipment costs, and preparing bid proposals. The Senior Estimator will also coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness in estimations.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in the mechanical contracting industry is a plus
