Senior Equipment and Reliability Engineer - Chobani : Job Details

The Equipment and Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving asset and process efficiencies to deliver step change results in OEE and cost through engineering support and data-driven decision making. Utilizing their engineering skills, they will work in a collaborative environment with Operations and Maintenance to solve complex problems, redesign equipment and support new equipment installations. The successful candidate will also possess leadership skills that will enable them to lead projects, initiatives and influence the organization. Responsibilities Solve complex problems in a way that sustainably delivers step change improvements in OEE and/or Cost. Be able to redesign equipment not currently capable of achieving OEE/ Cost goals due to reliability and/or speed capabilities. Lead root cause analysis, failure tracking, and corrective action implementation to improve equipment reliability.
