Senior Epic Consultant
VacoJob Location : all cities,TN, USA
Serves as a primary analyst on routine maintenance, build, and configuration in Epic, including:
Leads application build for their areas regarding Epic Upgrades, including:
Supports the go-live process in a command center setting
Proactively identifies areas for improvement within applications and suggests potential solutions in coordination with other teams
Mentors junior analysts on Epic build
Builds strong relationships both with the client and their peers
Performs other duties as assigned
Strong personal drive for delivering excellent customer service and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to troubleshoot tickets, manage projects, and think critically
Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, information systems, Microsoft products, and related IT systems
Certification in primary application; additional certifications in Epic, ITIL, PMP are advantageous
Ability to organize daily tasks, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
This position is 100% remote
