Senior Engineer, Operations Systems - Ricoh Americas Corporation : Job Details

Responsible for production customer and internal VMWare systems. Including deployment, maintenance (upgrades), and availability and capacity planning - Responsible for monitoring and management systems across multiple products (Saas, Vaa. S, Internal, VDI, Azure Services). Including deployment, maintenance (upgrades), and availability and capacity planning - Development and testing of new technologies (VMWare, Microsoft, AWS, Citrix, etc) - Diagnose and manage elevated software and server issues escalated by other team members - Responsible for finding any inefficiencies in business processes and find solutions for such inefficiencies.
