Senior Engineer - Kohler Company : Job Details

The primary responsibility of the Senior Engineer within our Faucets department is to deliver innovative consumer products as part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team. The Senior Engineer must combine creativity, strong technical skills, collaborative leadership, and business acumen to take designs from initial concept through to production. We are looking for someone who:Brings a positive approach and collaborates with cross functional teams including marketing, program management, industrial design, and manufacturing operations to deliver projects on time, within budget. Is passionate about innovation and independently motivated to explore concepts and build transformative products. Has demonstrated skill in ideation and creative design.
