SUMMARY DESCRIPTION - Under direction, provide management for City capital improvement projects and a high level of engineering related to public and private project development including the application of City requirements and other regulations; perform a variety of the most difficult and complex professional office and field engineering work; prepare and/or review plans, designs, and specifications for a variety of City and private development projects; review work prepared by outside consultants; prepare engineering and planning reports; provide project direction, work coordination, and training for professional, paraprofessional, and technical engineering, planning, and building staff; and do related work as required.
