Senior Engineer-Design - Caterpillar : Job Details

The Supplier Designed Valves team is currently seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer located in Mossville, IL. The team has hydraulic valve design control for Large Mining Trucks, Off Highway Trucks, Large Wheel Loaders, Articulated Trucks, Underground Mining, Wheel Tractor Scrapers, Hydraulic Mining Shovels, and Surface Rock Drills. The candidate selected will collaborate with cross functional team members to develop hydraulic valves from concept to production ensuring products provide superior performance, durability, quality, and serviceability while meeting cost and delivery targets for Caterpillar machines. What You Will Do:Collaborate with suppliers to design new hydraulic valve components and solutions to promote better hydraulic system design through NPI.
