Senior End User Computing Engineer (Mac) - Ktek Resourcing : Job Details

This role is based in New York City with a 3-day in-office requirement. The position involves designing, implementing, and managing Mac lifecycle management solutions using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune, ensuring security and seamless integration with enterprise tools. Responsibilities include automating device onboarding, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in macOS engineering in large-scale enterprise environments, proficiency with Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, scripting skills, and knowledge of MDM protocols. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Intune for macOS, identity management systems, and endpoint detection tools.

Responsibilities:
