Senior Employment Claims Manager - Marriott : Job Details

The Senior Manager, Specialty Claims is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing claims covered under Marriott Internationals global Employment Practices Liability (EPL) and Fidelity insurance lines. The Senior Manager, Specialty Claims provides assistance to the Director of Specialty Claims and the Senior Director, Global Claims, while using his/her judgment and technical expertise in the handling, investigation and resolution of claims. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required Minimum of at least 5 years EPL claims handling experience or related work experience Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university Demonstrated effective problem-solving and mediation skills, including the ability to recognize, research, and address underlying causes of problems, recommend and implement solutions, and facilitate constructive conflict resolution to guide others toward achieving identified objectives.
