As a C/C++ Embedded Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing firmware that enables robust wireless communication across a variety of protocols. You'll be deeply involved in low-level programming and hardware interaction, ensuring seamless communication in high-performance, resource-constrained environments.

This is a hands-on development role within a team that values clean code, thoughtful architecture, and a deep understanding of embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design and implement embedded software for wireless connectivity features across IoT devices

•Collaborate with hardware and RF engineers to optimize performance at the protocol and hardware level

•Develop drivers, middleware, and protocol stacks for BLE, Zigbee, Thread, LoRa, or cellular communication

•Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues in embedded Linux and RTOS environments

•Contribute to firmware architecture decisions and participate in code reviews

•Conduct unit and integration testing across real-time and constrained systems

•Maintain documentation and support internal tools for system diagnostics and upgrades

Required Technical Stack and Experience:

•Strong proficiency in C and C++ for embedded systems

•In-depth knowledge of wireless communication protocols such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Zigbee, Thread, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, LTE-M, and Wi-Fi

•Experience with embedded operating systems (RTOS or embedded Linux)

•Familiarity with SoC platforms and microcontroller development (e.g., ARM Cortex-M series)

•Hands-on experience with tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers

•Comfortable with firmware lifecycle management, from bring-up to OTA updates

•Understanding of low-power system design and memory-constrained environments
