Salary: $145,000 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new power electronic products and solutions.
- Optimize and solve complex electronic and electrical engineering challenges.
- Analyze and design various circuits and PCB layouts.
- Develop embedded software and control algorithms.
- Manage and oversee project delivery from inception to completion.
- Provide technical support to sales, marketing, and customer relations efforts.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations for stakeholders and team members.
- Travel up to 10%, mostly out of state, for prototyping, field tests, and customer engagement.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date for all projects and designs.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and across departments.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Seven or more years of experience in power electronics design.
- A minimum of one year in embedded systems design.
- Proven ability to tackle and solve complex technical problems.
- Strong passion for engineering and technological innovation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading projects or teams in an engineering setting.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with PCB design and circuit simulations.
- Prior experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
