Senior Email Account Manager - Dentsu : Job Details

Support or act as the primary contact for daily delivery team and client. Build relationships with important client partners and other teams to ensure campaign schedules and processes are clear and followed. Run internal and external client meetings. Observe and identity areas to improve existing processes. Bring guidance and operational efficiencies to the delivery team. View of bigger picture and disseminating information to the appropriate parties for execution. Find and address potential delivery risks. Remain extremely focused on detail while managing multiple email campaigns simultaneously. Qualifications. Bachelor's Degree required 6 years related agency experience, specifically within digital marketing or marketing operations. Must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience with client-facing responsibilities and with giving client presentations. Knowledge of contracts and managing a SOW, along with scope creation and management.
