Senior Electromechanical Engineer Full Time Role Southwestern Montana

Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:

• Lead development of advanced electromechanical systems for both prototype and commercial builds
• Partner with mechanical and electrical teams to define system architecture and specs
• Troubleshoot issues, identify improvements, and implement real-world solutions
• Apply expertise in electronics, motion control, and integration to bring cutting-edge equipment to life
• Document CAD models, BOMs, and test procedures to support development and production
• Ensure systems are designed for both manufacturability and scalability
• Share updates and recommendations with technical and executive leadership

Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:

• B.S. or M.S. in Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited )
• 10+ years developing electromechanical systems
• Advanced SolidWorks skills and experience with CAD/CAE
• Strong knowledge of how electrical and mechanical systems interact in complex hardware
• Background in sensors, motion systems, or embedded components is beneficial
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• U.S. Citizenship (required for project work access)

Pay Range:

$80,000 - $110,000/hour
