Senior Electrical Engineer - Texas - TalentSource : Job Details

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a great opportunity. You will provide comprehensive oversight of the production process control systems, ensure plant electrical equipment reliability, properly use maintenance standards and codes, effectively install assigned capital projects, and manage the process control systems. Duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with the plant maintenance and capital groups to ensure that all electrical installations comply with assigned regulatory requirements, engineering specifications, and standards. Maintain the Site Automation Master Plan. Contribute to the development of site reliability and maintenance cost improvement plans. Review, update, and establish preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliability through periodic or condition-based checks. Perform incident investigations, analyze equipment failures, and perform critical job observations to help reduce injuries and equipment damage. Requirements: BS degree in Electrical Engineering Three years of engineering and leadership experience within a production facility Must have a strong understanding of project management and maintenance and have the training needed to accomplish the plant maintenance/project engineering mission. Budget development, cost analysis, and inventory analysis skills are necessary. Good interpersonal skills and must be highly proficient using a PC. Experience in day-to-day equipment maintenance. Ability to prioritize work assignments, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple competing tasks and demands. Organization and time-management skills are essential. Knowledge of plant operations, materials, procurement, logistics, computers, and SAP is essential.
