In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the brand's digital commerce channels. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey, maximizing online sales performance, and ensuring seamless integration of marketing initiatives across platforms.

In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the brand's digital commerce channels. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey, maximizing online sales performance, and ensuring seamless integration of marketing initiatives across platforms.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
• Oversee daily operations of the online store, including merchandising, promotions, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, creative, IT, and supply chain—to deliver a cohesive online experience.
• Analyze site performance metrics and customer data to inform actionable insights and continuous improvement.
• Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, platforms, and fulfillment partners.
• Ensure best-in-class UX/UI, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Monitor digital trends in the beauty industry to identify new opportunities for growth.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of eCommerce management experience, preferably within the luxury or beauty sector.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing high-traffic DTC websites.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus.)
• Proficiency in Klaviyo is preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
