Job Description Sr E-Billing Coordinator Direct Hire Hybrid New York, NY Salary: $85,000-95,000 Must have: Bachelors 3+ years experience in legal/e-billing Bill Blast or E-Billing Hub software Excel Nice to have: Experience working with CounselLink, TyMetrix, Serengeti Senior E-Billing Coordinator The Senior E-Billing Coordinator plays a key role in the firm's revenue cycle by managing complex electronic billing matters. This includes overseeing invoice submission, troubleshooting issues, maintaining compliance with client guidelines, and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee e-billing for a portfolio of high-volume and complex clients. -Coordinate setups and data submissions (e.g., timekeeper/matter lists) between the firm, e-billing vendors, and clients. -Maintain up-to-date client records, spreadsheets, and documentation. -Review and submit monthly timekeeper approvals; submit annual rate cards. -Add and maintain timekeepers in vendor portals, including title mapping. -Identify and address recurring client guideline violations. -Manage e-billing components: ----Cost exceptions ----Title mapping ----Timekeeper rate reductions ----LEDES file formatting -Troubleshoot rejected invoices and complex submission issues independently. -Document and store client-specific billing processes electronically. -Maintain databases for client billing requirements and timekeeper rates. -Submit and track invoices via E-Billing Hub or third-party vendor sites. -Ensure invoice statuses are updated bi-weekly in the E-Billing Hub. -Review e-bills for compliance and correct submission errors. -Collaborate with Pricing and Guidelines teams to: ----Develop accurate rate cards ----Ensure appropriate invoice templates -Support and train junior E-Billing Coordinators (1:1 and group settings). -Provide process recommendations to improve billing workflows and efficiency. -Run and analyze reports from 3E and E-Billing Hub as needed. -Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions. -Partner with Billing and Revenue teams to align on e-billing procedures.
