Position Overview
Health Monitor is seeking a Senior Director or VP of Program Management to own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, integrated client programs while building and leading a best‑in‑class Project Management team. This leader will:
- Drive program delivery from discovery through post‑launch optimization, ensuring measurable outcomes, client satisfaction, and commercial success.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing team of Project & Program Managers, instilling modern delivery methodologies and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Leverage a deep technical foundation—you began your career as a software developer—to translate seamlessly between business objectives and engineering realities.
- Draw on agency or technology‑consulting experience to navigate multi‑client portfolios, tight timelines, and matrixed teams with confidence and grace.
- Champion and govern Monday.com (and complementary tools such as Jira, Wrike, or Asana) as our enterprise project‑management backbone.
This leader will also serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, a trusted partner to clients, and a coach to delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery ExcellenceOwn the full program lifecycle—initiation, discovery, planning, execution, launch, and hyper‑care—for large, multi‑workstream engagements spanning digital point of care, email, media, web and print content.- Define clear scope, schedules, budgets, and success metrics; manage to plan while adapting to change with agility.
- Integrate cross‑functional teams (strategy, creative, content, engineering, analytics, and vendors) around shared objectives and ways of working.
PMO Development & People Management- Build, coach, and inspire a team of Project & Program Managers, fostering a growth mindset and high‑trust culture.
- Establish career paths, competency frameworks, and professional‑development plans that elevate delivery craftsmanship.
- Lead communities of practice to disseminate templates, playbooks, and lessons learned across the organization.
Methodology & Tool Governance- Define and evolve hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery frameworks tailored to omnichannel healthcare marketing.
- Serve as enterprise owner of Monday.com, setting governance, standards, and automation rules that drive adoption and data integrity.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate complementary platforms (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Miro) to streamline workflows.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement- Act as executive point of contact for senior client stakeholders, earning trusted‑advisor status through proactive communication and strategic insight.
- Present program health, risk mitigation, and performance metrics to C‑suite audiences internally and externally.
- Partner with Business Development to scope, price, and win new engagements and extensions.
Financial & Risk Management- Own program P&L, ensuring margin targets are met through disciplined scope control, resource planning, and change management.
- Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks; escalate impediments swiftly and drive resolution.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience delivering complex digital programs, with 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Early‑career hands‑on software development in a fast-paced agency or tech consulting environment
- Demonstrated success scaling PMO practices and mentoring PMs.
- Agency or technology‑consulting background managing multi‑client portfolios and fast‑paced delivery cycles.
- Expertise with Monday.com and one or more of Jira, Asana, Wrike; PMP, PMI‑ACP, or CSM certification a plus.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing and familiarity with regulated environments preferred.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with C‑suite stakeholders.
