New Product Planning and Commercialization, engaging early in the product lifecycle to shape optimal access strategies and ensure operational readiness from Phase III through launch and beyond. The Senior Director will architect and deliver best-in-class trade and distribution models that accelerate access, drive conversion, support adherence, and minimize gross-to-net impacts. Strategic Leadership & Commercialization Planning. Lead enterprise-wide strategy for trade and distribution launch readiness across all therapeutic areas. Partner with New Product Planning, Commercial, and Global Market Access teams to influence asset strategy during early-stage development.
