A client of ours is a Global Multi-Media Technology and Services Firm that has opened a new role on their team. We are seeking an experienced Tax Professional with 10+ years of experience to lead the firm's tax function, reporting directly to the CFO. This professional will collaborate with Front Office Sales, Operations, and Finance, along with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include Tax Compliance, Reporting, M&A Tax Diligence, and Tax Strategy.

The key responsibilities include:

• Managing US and International Tax Reporting in coordination with outside advisors
• Strategic analysis of global tax structuring and planning
• Evaluating and structuring M&A transactions
• Monitoring global tax developments (e.g., legislation, regulations, operational changes) and advising management accordingly
• Proactively identifying global tax requirements and ensuring compliance

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant tax experience, including at least five years in a public accounting firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree is a plus
• CPA or JD preferred
• Experience with Partnership Taxation is essential
• Understanding of Stock Equity Compensation and Partner Capital Models
