In addition to its audio entertainment businesses, SiriusXM offers connected vehicle services to automakers.How You'll Make An ImpactWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Sourcing to lead sourcing strategy and vendor management for Professional Services, including legal, consulting, HR, financial services, contingent labor, and other key subcategories in this area. This role will be responsible for developing category strategies, managing critical supplier relationships, driving cost optimization, and aligning sourcing activities with overall business objectives. This position will also have responsibility for our MSP and VMS platforms.What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategy for the Professional Services category with total accountability for spend management, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.
• Oversee the Managed Service Provider (MSP) program and Vendor Management System (VMS) to ensure effective management of the contingent workforce and external labor resources.
• Drive RFP/RFI processes, including supplier evaluation, selection, and contract award recommendations.
• Develop and execute multi-year category roadmaps aligned to budget and business needs.
• Negotiate high-value contracts to achieve optimal pricing, service levels, and contractual protections.
• Monitor market trends, benchmark pricing, and proactively identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvement.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing sourcing initiatives and policy enhancements.
• Deliver reporting and analytics on category performance, spend analysis, and savings realization.
• Lead the delivery of the annual YOY productivity savings & working capital impact across the category.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to shape sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team for category manager(s) and procurement specialist(s).
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, legal, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of Strategic Sourcing and Category Management experience.
• Direct experience managing MSP programs and leveraging VMS platforms for contingent labor oversight. Implementation experience preferred.
• 7+ years experience in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience required.
• Proven expertise in Professional Services category management.
• Expert in negotiating complex supplier contracts and managing global supplier relationships.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present to executive leadership.
• Deep understanding of legal and professional services procurement, including risk management and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a transformational environment; previous experience in organization transformation preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting legal terms and redlining contracts per legal guidelines.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the annual salary for this position to be between $167,000 and $216,900 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
