The Opportunity

As the Senior Director Solutions and ConsultingBusiness Unit, you will be responsible for P&L ownership, driving strategic growth, and leading delivery excellence in our global services division. Our services span end-to-end product engineering, digital transformation, and consulting for enterprise and SaaS clients. We are a global software product development partner serving startups to Fortune 500 companies, delivering high-impact digital solutions through world-class talent across the US, India, Poland, and Canada.

You will lead a geographically distributed team of over 300+ engineers, QAs, project managers, designers, and business analysts, ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions to our clients. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role, reporting directly to the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and execute the services business strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Own and grow the P&L for the services and consulting business.
  • Lead GTM strategy for digital product engineering and consulting services.
  • Drive growth via new client acquisition and account expansion in North America and Europe.

Delivery & Operations

  • Ensure delivery excellence across all client engagements, meeting SLAs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Drive engineering and operational best practices across cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize distributed delivery models across US, India, Poland, and Canada.
  • Build and scale delivery frameworks, playbooks, and consulting methodologies.
  • Manage resources and resource utilization to maximize margin without compromising on service quality.

Client Engagement & Consulting

  • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic clients.
  • Lead consulting engagements around digital transformation, architecture, and product strategy.
  • Help clients shape roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and make technology decisions.

Team & Capability Development

  • Lead and mentor a global team of 300+ across engineering, QA, UX, product, and PM functions.
  • Build leadership succession and capability development plans.
  • Drive a high-performance culture, foster knowledge sharing, and promote talent retention.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years in software delivery, product engineering, or digital consulting.
  • Proven experience leading global software delivery teams of 100+ across functions.
  • Strong technical background preferred – software engineering, systems architecture, or product development.
  • Deep experience in agile, DevOps, and distributed delivery models.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and executive presence.
  • Strong understanding of commercial models – fixed price, T&M, managed capacity, etc.
  • Experience operating in or selling to US-based clients, as well as global delivery coordination across continents, is a must.
