Senior Director, Site Leader - Medical - Stryker Corporation : Job Details

Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Portage site aligned with GQO Manufacturing and Technical Centers of Excellence. Establish site objectives and drive operational plans to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets. Lead a high-performing, cross-disciplinary team; coach and develop managers and future leaders. Ensure alignment with Integrated Business Planning and Supply Planning to support product demand and delivery goals. Partner with Division and Customer leaders to inform sales strategies and optimize business decisions. Oversee site financial performance and independently manage plant-level budgets. Provide input during revenue meetings, ensuring production capacity aligns with demand. Ensure compliance for products covered under Strykers Service Warranty.
