Senior Director, Scientific - AbbVie : Job Details

The Sr. Director has responsibility and accountability for Epidemiology strategic research plans and agendas, execution of studies and projects within those plans for a portfolio of assets/brands/indications across a therapeutic area and leads a team of scientists with global. Guides and council across TA worldwide management and senior leadership of epidemiologys role in generating impactful evidence across the multiple indications of the relevant T - As. Able to influence the enterprise level, effectively manage and prioritize resources and develop and retain a high performing team. Reporting to the VP, Head of Epidemiology, the Sr. Director is a member of Global Epidemiology LT and is expected to influence and shape team culture and capabilities.
