As a Senior Director of Program Management, you will drive high-impact initiatives across our distribution, transportation, and systems landscape. π§ What You'll Do:
Strategic Program Leadership
- Own and manage complex program portfolios across multi-site operations
- Define governance models, establish KPIs, and ensure executive-level alignment
- Champion large-scale change initiatives to modernise supply chain operations
Technology Enablement
- Partner closely with IT to lead TMS, WMS, ERP, and other enterprise system implementations
- Oversee system integration, UAT, testing, and post-launch optimisation
- Ensure scalable, future-ready tech solutions aligned with business needs
Business Process Optimisation
- Lead business process reengineering initiatives to unlock efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure systems meet operational goals
- Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or IT (Master's preferred)
- 12+ years of progressive experience in program leadership, with 5+ years at the senior/executive level
- Proven success in leading enterprise-wide initiatives in supply chain, distribution, or logistics
- Hands-on experience with major system implementations (TMS, WMS, ERP)
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence
Tech + Methodologies:
- Enterprise Systems: TMS, WMS, ERP
- Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
- Tools: UAT planning, test protocols, data migration, business case development

Compensation & Benefits:
