The Senior Director, Pricing & Profitability Optimization plays a critical role in enabling the business to meet and exceed our ambitious revenue and profitability objectives, while ensuring optimal price perception and value for our guests. This role leads the development and ongoing execution of our pricing and promotional strategies in support of and collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing and Operations to drive revenue growth and deliver gross margin performance across Monros entire retail footprint. This role is responsible for leading a team to analyze field and competitive intelligence in combination with industry and consumer trends in order to develop and operationalize effective pricing frameworks and strategies for Monros portfolio of automotive products and services, including day-to-day, promotional and markdown pricing.
