Strategic Planning & Field Enablement. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive, unified portfolio medical engagement strategies, including educational initiatives and related content/tools intended for payer/population HCD - Ms and other organized customers. Ensure engagement strategy, content and materials are aligned with TA scientific communication plans and relevant commercial stakeholders. Lead and oversee the development of population health initiatives aimed at improving quality of care and health outcomes. Direct the development of non-CME medical education programming, including strategic partnerships with professional societies. Lead insight generation initiatives, market research, and payer medical consultant panels to ensure the customer voice is represented in medical engagement and evidence generation planning.
