Senior Director, Planning & Operations– Marketing & Loyalty and Luxury - Hilton Hotels : Job Details

You'll be part strategist, part operator, and part culture builder a true right hand to our Marketing & Luxury leadership. Responsibilities include:Team Integration & Culture: Along with HR, identify connection points between the Marketing & Loyalty and Luxury teams to create shared clarity and strong collaboration, while honoring what makes each function distinct. Executive Support: Act as a force-multiplier for the CMO and Head of Luxury Brands, helping them prioritize time, focus, and initiatives across diverse business needs and teams. Meeting & Event Leadership: Own the planning and facilitation of leadership meetings, team offsites, and key internal communications turning conversations into action and momentum. Insight & Innovation: Stay on top of market trends and the competitive landscape to provide timely recommendations that inform leadership decisions and future planning.
