Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Senior Director of Program Operations to lead and oversee state-level service delivery in Connecticut, ensuring high-quality, person-centered programs. This leadership role involves strategic oversight of program operations, growth, compliance, budgeting, and continuous improvement. The Senior Director will support multiple service lines across Connecticut and serve as a key member of the Agency Leadership Team. This position is based primarily onsite at our Hamden office, with some travel to support teams and program locations.
What You'll Do:
Provide visionary leadership across Connecticut programs, fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.
Supervise senior leaders and administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Guide operational strategy, program development, and continuous quality improvement.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and agency regulations.
Oversee budgets, billing integration, risk management, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate across departments and serve as a key member of the Agency Leadership Team.
Cultivate strong relationships with funders, community partners, and regulatory bodies.
Represent Aspire in statewide initiatives, committees, and RFP processes.
Proven leadership experience managing large-scale human services programs.
Master's degree in a related field and deep understanding of the developmental disability service landscape.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire teams, lead through change, and support professional development.
Financial and operational acumen, including budget management and contract negotiation.
