Were looking for a Senior Director of Product to lead our core platform product teams, touching virtually every corner of Rippling. You will build key platform components, unified end-user experiences, AI modules and interfaces, while driving the strategy and extension of our core platform. This is a critical role with ample executive and cross-functional influence. What You'll Do. Own the vision and execution of Rippling's core platform: extend our platform capabilities to support a growing set of business applications, seeing around corners to design and build the evolving needs of business applications, including AI-powered technologies. Build and manage a high-performing team: lead a team of senior Product Leads with the ability to attract and develop world-class talent.
