About the PositionWe're seeking a strategic, execution-driven Senior Director of Product to lead high-impact initiatives across both Product Operations and Product Management, with a focus on customer-facing, AI-enabled tools and platforms. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead cross-functional work that enables product teams to deliver exceptional, intelligent experiences to customers. This role does not involve direct people management, but rather, ownership of the work, systems, and processes that drive product success.
You'll work at the intersection of AI, customer experience, and product delivery — improving how the organization operates, builds, and scales ML-powered features within customer-facing solutions. You will be instrumental in translating strategic goals into operational systems, product insights, and actionable roadmaps.
