RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as an integral member of the executive leadership team.
- Lead a culture of success and transform perceptions of aging.
- Enhance community performance through effective programs, policies, procedures, and leadership.
- Develop a regional culture of teamwork, professionalism, mutual respect, and continuous quality improvement.
- Articulate a vision, build consensus, and motivate teams to foster a sense of community.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, motivate, and retain top-tier Executive Directors.
- Assess current operations and collaborate with community leaders to implement improvements.

REQUIREMENTS
- B.S. degree; Master's preferred.
- 3-5 years of senior living operations experience, including multi-site management and proven performance in meeting key goals.
- Warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
- Integrity, maturity, and strong leadership skills.
