RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as an integral member of the executive leadership team.
  • Lead a culture of success and transform perceptions of aging.
  • Enhance community performance through effective programs, policies, procedures, and leadership.
  • Develop a regional culture of teamwork, professionalism, mutual respect, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Articulate a vision, build consensus, and motivate teams to foster a sense of community.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, motivate, and retain top-tier Executive Directors.
  • Assess current operations and collaborate with community leaders to implement improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.S. degree; Master's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of senior living operations experience, including multi-site management and proven performance in meeting key goals.
  • Warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
  • Integrity, maturity, and strong leadership skills.
