About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Cybersecurity and Deputy CISO to lead the strategic vision for our IT security initiatives. In this critical role, you will collaborate with business leaders to protect our data and systems while providing expert guidance on innovative security technologies and their integration.

Your responsibilities will include leading IT security management and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-wide security solutions to ensure a strong security infrastructure. You will serve as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, focusing on incident response and crisis management, while fostering a high-performing security team culture that prioritizes operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess a robust 20 years of experience in information systems, with at least 10 years dedicated to hands-on cybersecurity. A proven track record with NIST frameworks, CIS Controls, and SIEM tools is essential. You should also have a strong grasp of threat intelligence, security architecture, and staff management experience.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and an unwavering commitment to customer service. Experience in securing medical devices and healthcare technologies is preferred, along with relevant security certifications and comprehensive knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.

Your role will also involve budget management, developing cybersecurity policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer demands.
