SENIOR DIRECTOR OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICE LINE - Aberdeen, MD Signet Health is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Behavioral Health to provide direction and operational administration for the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, located in Aberdeen, MD. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations for Signet Health and designated hospital leadership. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Advance physician engagement and drive operational excellence in patient care delivery. Recruit physicians, advanced practice providers, and management staff for behavioral health. Oversee business development and marketing efforts for the behavioral health service line. Develop and implement strategic operating and capital budgets.
