Job DescriptionAs Northrop Realty's Senior Director of Administration, you provide hands-on leadership and oversight across key organizational functions, ensuring our brokerage runs smoothly and efficiently. Leading multiple departmentsincluding Client Care, Home Marketing, Agent Onboarding and Support, IT, and Facilitiesyou ensure structured workflows and well-defined processes are in place to maintain a high-performing, service-oriented environment. With a solid foundation in real estate operations, you are a key problem-solver and point of escalation, actively supporting our staff through day-to-day challenges and ensuring continuity in service delivery. You serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and collaborate with Finance to develop departmental budgets. Known for your ability to lead cross-functional teams and respond quickly to evolving needs, you play a critical role in maintaining service excellence across our brokerage.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Yes. This position has direct supervisory responsibility over department heads, including Directors and Managers in Client Care, Home Marketing, and Agent Onboarding and Support. Related, this role is responsible for performance management, goal setting, timecards, coaching, and professional development of direct reports and may participate in hiring, promotion, and disciplinary processes in collaboration with Human Resources.

Please note, this is an in-office role. Salary Range: $156,000 to $173,500. Initial placement within this salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience for the position.
