This role is with Fitch Group, a leading credit ratings agency committed to diversity and inclusion. Fitch Ratings provides credit analysis, ratings, research, and commentary to financial markets worldwide.

Fitch is seeking a Senior Director with expertise in Fixed Income / Debt Capital Markets (IG and/or Leveraged Finance) and client coverage to join our Non-Bank Financial Institutions Business Relationship Management team based in New York. The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with non-bank finance borrowers/issuers and promote Fitch's ratings and research.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct research and develop marketing messages to highlight Fitch's strengths and ratings.
  • Prepare client presentations, market analyses, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with colleagues across regions to develop relationships and firm messaging.
  • Support Fitch initiatives including Private Credit and promote Fitch's research and products.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in Debt Capital Markets, Coverage, Rating Agency, Corporate Finance, M&A, or Advisory functions. Experience in Corporate Treasury or on the Buy-Side is also considered.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Existing relationships with financial institutions are a plus.

This job is active and not expired. Salary range for New York roles is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, with additional compensation components.
