Senior Director, Logistics and Customs - Fossil Group : Job Details

As the Senior Director, Logistics & Customs, you will lead Fossil Groups global logistics and customs operations, driving efficiency, compliance, and scalability across our supply chain. You will oversee global transportation, import/export operations, trade compliance, and 3 PL management. This role is critical in ensuring seamless movement of goods across international borders while optimizing cost, service, and delivery performance. What Youll Do:Lead the global logistics strategy, managing inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and 3 PL partnerships across North America, EMEA, and APAC - Oversee all customs compliance, trade regulations, and duty minimization programs (e.g., FTZ, C-TPAT, Duty Drawback)Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and IT to align logistics strategies with business goals.
