Senior Director, Lead AML Advisor for Card Business - Capital One : Job Details

Provide risk management consultation to Card and its Executives on conducting risk assessments, identifying and mitigating risk, developing mitigation plans, business initiatives, and other risk management and control activities Provide senior management with effective, credible and grounded challenge regarding money laundering and AML regulatory risk and control management, ensuring management is making informed and appropriate risk decisions, and allocating appropriate attention and resources to risk management Influence senior management to drive realization and mitigation of new and emerging risks. Act as a key liaison and engage actively with the Card business stakeholders and across AML stakeholder groups on key initiatives, projects, changes, program enhancements, prioritization, issues management and escalations.
