Senior Director, IT Portfolio Management & Strategic Operations - Quest Diagnostic : Job Details

The Senior Director Of It Portfolio Management & Strategic Operations plays a critical, highly visible role in shaping and executing the IT strategy across the enterprise. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO and IT Senior Leadership, with frequent engagement with C-suite executives and cross-functional business leaders. The position is responsible for driving transparency into IT investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and enabling executive decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

The successful candidate will ensure that IT portfolio processes operate with discipline and rigor but also that technology priorities are clearly communicated and well-understood across the enterprise. A core success measure for this role is to enhance visibility and understanding of the organization's technology strategy, enabling informed decisions that balance risk, value, and operational needs.

This position will be located (hybrid) in either Schaumburg, IL or Secaucus, NJ.

Pay Range: $210,000 - $250,000/year + Annual Incentive Plan + Long-Term Incentive

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
