Senior Director, Insurance Operations - AAA : Job Details

The Senior Director of Insurance Operations Management is responsible for all facets of insurance operations, including licensing, risk management, errors and omissions (E&O) management, compliance policy administration, and carrier management. This role, reporting directly to the SVP of Insurance, will spearhead improvements in insurance-related processes and serve as the business owner for insurance technology systems, such as agency management systems. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive insurance strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Manage relationships with stakeholders including negotiating compliance processes and addressing areas of improvement.
