Employee Relations Oversee strategy and logistics of HR administrative functions Facilitate performance improvement plans (and other official performance-related actions) where needed; ensure documentation and recording Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and between employees and managers; serve as HR escalation point for employees Collaborate with Legal and Compliance in investigating employee matters; work with centralized team to address and track post-investigation recommendations Advise business leaders to ensure compliance with all federal, state and city laws relating to benefits, compensation, employment, and training Provide input into employee-related policies (e.g., leave, attendance).
