We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director, Human Resources to join the Center team. As our first Senior Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for setting and driving the development of organization-wide HR strategies. As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Director, Human Resources, will lead the charge on providing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and organizational growth. This individual contributes as a strategic partner in the accomplishment of departmental plans through initiatives that attract and retain talent, develop employees and leaders, and align organizational goals and objectives.
You Will Have the Opportunity To:$175,000 - $197,000 a year

The Senior Director, Human Resources pay transparency range is $175k-$197k annually + equity. In addition, Center offers a Self-Managed PTO plan, 9 Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, Commuter Stipend, and health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Base Life, AD&D, FSA, Commuter and 401(k).
