Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR Business Advisor to the Consulting Service Group, partnering with leaders and HR centers of excellence to deliver strategic HR solutions and support business strategy execution.
• Lead and coach the Consulting HRBA team to provide effective HR services to over 8,000 partners and employees, building strong relationships with leaders and supporting strategic and operational planning.
• Coordinate annual HR processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, promotions, compensation, and talent management, including leading partner/executive compensation processes.
• Coach business leaders on key decisions related to leadership placement, organizational design, risk management, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop organizational effectiveness programs aligned with business priorities, analyzing trends and metrics to inform policies and programs.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of broad HR experience, preferably in professional services, with expertise in HR strategy, process transformation, change management, and people management.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Experience managing HR teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, and capable of managing tight deadlines.
• Excellent client relationship skills and business acumen.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
