Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Planning
  • Develop and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead strategic charter initiatives focused on industry segments, regional enablement, and team development
  • Drive marketing transformation to become a more impactful and accountable organization with measurable ROI
  • Collaborate with global sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue targets
Demand Generation & Lead Management
  • Oversee comprehensive demand generation programs across all regions (Americas, Europe, Asia)
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies and go-to-market plans
Brand Management & Content Strategy
  • Lead rebranding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Oversee content creation, including industry playbooks, success stories, and technical documentation
  • Manage content lifecycle processes and ensure regular content updates and optimization
  • Direct website strategy, including user experience optimization
Industry & Regional Marketing
  • Develop industry-specific marketing strategies for key verticals (Data Centers, Smart Buildings, Manufacturing, Water/Wastewater, etc.)
  • Support regional sales teams through localized marketing programs and channel enablement
  • Coordinate with global operating companies to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards
  • Manage trade show strategy and event marketing programs
Digital Marketing & Analytics
  • Oversee SEO strategy and website performance optimization
  • Manage social media strategy and digital engagement across multiple platforms
  • Implement marketing analytics and reporting systems to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Drive data-centric decision making with focus on metrics that matter
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global marketing team with direct reports across USA, UK, Europe, and Asia
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, and IT/MIS teams
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance team capabilities
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and resource planning
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B technology or industrial automation
  • Proven track record of driving demand generation and revenue growth
  • Experience with global marketing operations and multi-regional coordination
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and SEO best practices
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Kentico, Adobe's suite) and website platform migrations
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of industrial automation or enterprise software markets preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus
  • Data-driven decision making with focus on measurable outcomes
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
