Senior Director, Financial Reporting - Epiq Systems : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Financial Reporting with strong technical accounting skills to join our finance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting, as well as managing various technical accounting functions. Job Responsibilities Oversee the completion of SEC financial reports, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks. Coordinate Financial Statement Flux analysis and reporting. Draft and manage footnote disclosures and checklists. Ensure compliance and completion of lender reporting requirements. Handle technical accounting matters such as leases, interest rate swaps, debt refinancing, share-based compensation, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and M&A. Draft accounting memorandums and manage M&A OBS accounting. Maintain Lease Accelerator, Workiva, and Shareworks systems. Act as the Workiva administrator, leveraging experience with Workiva to streamline reporting processes.
