Senior Director, Federal Channels - Workday : Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated and results focused Channel Leader to drive and expand Workdays Channel motion in the US Federal market. This is a senior leadership position reporting to the Group Vice President of Global Partner Management & Success. This role will require a strong background in both strategy and execution along with a desire to build scaled partner programs through cross-functional GTM motions. This individual will heavily influence the North America Partner program from strategy development through to execution representing Federal requirements. The leader will be responsible for key activities such as forecasts and sales of our Channel partners, driving alignment between our field teams and our partners, building and executing partner business plans, and recruiting / onboarding new partners in the region.
