As the leader of the Engineering Operations Americas team, you will improve guest satisfaction through room quality, preventative maintenance, and strategic asset management. Core responsibilities include overseeing Cap. Ex execution, ensuring life safety compliance, and protecting physical assets. This position reports into the SVP, Operations, New Openings Americas. Your responsibilities will also include:Provide strategic engineering leadership and operational oversight across Hilton's managed hotel portfolio in the Americas, ensuring facility performance and compliance. Lead the development of engineering standards, sustainability initiatives, and capital planning strategies to enhance asset value and guest experience. Conduct comprehensive property inspections to ensure they are meeting standards; provide performance reviews delivering actionable insights and improvement across all engineering operations.
