Senior Director, Engineering Excellence - SAAB : Job Details

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for engineering excellence that aligns with company objectives and operational goals. Identify and drive improvements in engineering processes, workflows, methodologies, and tools to enhance productivity and quality. Serve as an independent strategic advisor and partner to engineering leadership across divisions, ensuring consistent and efficient engineering processes. Lead initiatives for technical training programs, ensuring continuous skill development and knowledge sharing across engineering teams. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Division Engineering Leadership, Program Management, Quality Assurance, and Product teams, to support various independent program reviews and governance. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engineering processes, quality, and operational efficiency.
