Overview
The Drug Delivery and New Product Innovation Group within Lilly's DDCS (Delivery and Device Connected Solutions) function studies physiological barriers across various routes of administration to apply and create novel patient-centric drug delivery solutions. The group focuses on injection device platforms and novel delivery devices to improve patient care and serves as a Center of Excellence in: injection physiology and modeling, developing novel drug delivery technologies across modalities, nanomedicine and targeted delivery, and connected devices and digital biomarkers.
We are seeking a highly collaborative and self-motivated professional with experience in developing and characterizing drug delivery systems.

Compensation and Benefits
Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage range for this position is $166,500 - $278,300. Full-time employees are eligible for a company bonus (depending on company and individual performance).
