The Senior Director of Development for the College of Medicine (CMED) plays a critical leadership role in advancing the mission and impact of CMED through strategic philanthropic engagement. As a senior member of the CMED advancement team, this position is responsible for helping design, implement, and execute development strategies that generate significant support through principal, major and planned gifts, while collaborating closely with the broader University Advancement team. The Senior Director will focus on identifying, cultivating, and soliciting high-capacity individuals capable of principal-level commitments and planned gifts, while also contributing to the colleges overall development strategy. The Director also has the responsibility to raise upwards of $3,000,000 annually.
