Senior Director, Cardiovascular Services - Magee Resource Group : Job Details

We've partnered with a multi-hospital non-profit health system and physician enterprise in the South to recruit a Senior Director, Cardiovascular Services. Our client is looking for an operational leader with an executive presence, industry knowledge and success in the ambulatory setting, a servant leader who will collaborate with physicians. This role includes managing 25 cardiologists and 30 APPs across 6 clinics and 4 outreach clinics, with 6 direct reports: RN Director of Clinical Operations, RN Director of Practice Operations, APP overseeing CV Surgery at two locations, APP Lead, Business Manager, Project Manager/Manager Operations

Reporting to the VP & COO of the Physician Enterprise, this executive leader will be responsible for the strategy and operational and financial management of CV Services, including recruitment of new providers, physician compensation, improving patient flow and experience, enhancing operations in the scheduling call center, and building out the cardiovascular service line structure. This is a great opportunity for growth through adding services and improving access and practice volumes.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years' experience with cardiovascular services, practice management
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or nursing (master's degree preferred)
